"I liked: the hotel is gorgeous, located very close to a subway (metro) station, and close to Paseo de la Reforma. I didn't like: On our arrival, when we did the check-in, the person was not that welcoming."

"The location was great & very walkable to great dining options & shopping. Our room was clean & comfortable. The staff was friendly, helpful & professional. The Rooftop Bar was our favorite feature; the 360 views were amazing as well as the Mezcalitas! Our ULIV experience provided a realistic cultural feel of La Cuidad de Mexico! There is an opportunity to provide clearer instructions about arrival as the Hotel's entrance is not on the road that we get dropped off at (due to traffic regulations)."

"This was a cozy and friendly hotel with great service and an amazing breakfast buffet. They cleaned the rooms regularly and the location was central to a lot of great restaurants and sites. I would definitely stay again. "

"The area is amazing and you’ll be able to easily walk into Roma Norte and Condesa. We stayed in the PH and while we didn’t use the patio a lot it was nice to have the natural light. I will say the only thing is the patio doesn’t feel as private as you might like as it’s only sectioned off by a moderate partition leading to the laundry room, gym and communal rooftop. BUT it’s still very very lovely. There’s a bit of noise from the neighbouring building - only to consider if you’re a light sleeper but they do provide earplugs. Loved the staff and they were wonderful about checking in, communication and storing our bags. We would absolutely return. "

"The rooms are super clean and most importantly, it's pretty quiet too. I was reluctant to book given it's directly on a main street, however, it's affordability won me over. I purchased ear plugs for both myself & my spouse before the trip and found we didn't need them at all. It was very quiet even with our window open at night. (Interior room). Staff is super helpful with recommendations. Didn't have the optional breakfast as there are sooo many options within walking distance. "
