"Very nice stay overall. Large clean room. Very fresh. Clean towels and big comfy bed. Staff very friendly and helpful, breakfast fresh and plenty of choice. Bar staff in the evening very friendly. I didn’t have dinner in the hotel so can’t comment. Would be good if there was a discount in parking for guests as the council multi story across the road was pricey but understand this can’t be helped by the hotel."

"Poor communication from the hotel - offered late check out, I accepted, they didn’t reply, I followed up, they didn’t reply - they then refused late check out when I enquired in person and came up with various excuses about being busy - not good enough at this price point. "

"This hotel is very convenient for Aberdeen railway station. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, although the temperature controls didn't seem to work in my room. A very good selection of items were available for the breakfast buffet. All the members of staff I met were very friendly. I will certainly stay here again."

"The single room was small, but not too cramped and had all that I needed. The staff were helpful arranging a boxed breakfast when plans changed to a very early start before the restaurant opened at 6.30am."

"Very nice reception. The staff were lovely with most being down to earth. The single beds are quiet big for the standard size which was a lovely surprise. The buffet breakfast was nice with alot to offer. The only complaint is that the lift is tiny for accomodating 4 people and luggage. An all round great stay. "
