"Breakfast was not breakfast. Packaged burritos and oatmeal. No bacon,no toast, no eggs. They should have specified what type of breakfast. I want be staying at any more Rodeway Inns."

"I’ve stayed there several times. Clean and the staff very helpful. They do need to Improve on breakfast. Giving more of a variety of items. Cereal included. Maybe add some fresh fruit and changing eggs to potatoes and onions."

"I rented two rooms for two nights One of them king and one of them two queens King: no hot water in the shower, sheets were clean and bed comfortable, smelled so bad of cleaner that made both people in the room sick. Staff very friendly. 2 queen- floors were sticky and dirty, shower hot, bed clean and comfortable, overall was not cleaned well, smelled of cleaner and incense was burned right before we arrived. While the price was good, we won’t be staying there again. "

"I had a very disappointing experience during our recent stay. I made reservations for my daughter’s master’s graduation on May 2, fully expecting higher rates due to events at the University of Alabama. While I understood the premium pricing, I did not expect to pay three times the usual rate for such poor conditions. I was especially careful in selecting a hotel that would accommodate both myself and my mother, who has MS. After driving over six hours, we arrived after 8 PM only to be assigned a room that was unacceptable. The furniture was mismatched and outdated, and there was a drawer that would not stay closed—creating a hazard and making it difficult for my mother to move around safely. To make matters worse, the sheets were stained, and the shower doors would not close properly. These issues are basic expectations for cleanliness and safety, regardless of price point. I raised these concerns during our stay, but the overall experience was extremely disappointing—especially given the amount paid. Unfortunately, I will not be returning."
