"We were here June 2025. The location is right in town next to the concert hall, Perth Theater, and museum. There were plenty of restaurants, pubs, grocery stores, and shops within easy walking distance. While there, we attended a concert and went to the museum. We also drove across the river to the Kinnoull Hill Woodland Park. Within the apartment we were happy to be able to do our laundry with a washer, dryer, and drying rack. "Accommodation excellent, very central . Dundee far exceeded my expectations, what a lovely place to visit. Only about a 10 minute walk from train station and most places walkable but also lots of buses if you want to explore. The apartment was just perfect, very comfortable and location couldn't have been better ."

"This is a small flat in a residential block that provides good, basic accommodations with a Tesco nearby. We were a family of 5 adults, in a transit van, touring Scotland. The on-street parking with a van was difficult due to all the local residents’ vehicles. The host was very responsive to communication and we had no issues that warranted action on their part. "

"Could not recommend this accommodation enough - a real hidden gem! Massive, secure 2 bedroom apartment in a wider bunkhouse complex which was, when we stayed, not occupied. Only 5 mins drive from Kirriemuir and so quiet and peaceful - in the heart of the countryside. Comms were great and all mod cons throughout including WiFi, TVs in all rooms and even a starter hamper! Will definitely book again. The dog loved the outdoor space which is literally ‘on your doorstep’! A+"
