"This property is cheaper than other similar hotels more centrally. The hotel itself is great. Staff are multilingual (English and Mandarin), rooms are large and clean as expected. The location isn’t the best but to be very honest this worked out well. We wanted a quieter area with easy access to the trains. The Shiomi station is a short walk and there isn’t a maze of underground tunnels to get through to get to your trains. It’s a few stops to central Tokyo or Disney. The area itself isn’t great-there’s a large supermarket (large for Japanese standards) which we used for breakfast and convenience stores nearby. There’s a cheap but good rice bowl restaurant nearby. I think this is a good combination of price, large rooms and easy access while giving up on the neighborhood and view (which we don’t care about). By no means is the area unsafe. It’s just not as hustling as Shibuya. "

"The front desk staff was very patient and extremely friendly. Although their English was a bit hesitant, we communicated smoothly using ChatGPT, and they carefully explained to us how to arrange luggage delivery. The hotel thoughtfully prepared a special toiletry set for children, and the adult toiletries were of excellent quality. The bathroom was very clean, with a comfortable water temperature and strong water pressure. Great morning buffet. The only small areas for improvement were that the showerhead kept rotating on its own, and the air conditioning had a fixed airflow that felt a bit too strong without an option to adjust it. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and truly appreciated the staff’s warm and attentive service."
