"Beautiful property and very helpful staff. The hotel stance is the pool is kid friendly, but some of the "regulars" that want to swim laps are very rude even though there are adult only times for them. The extra activities sound so cute but are very expensive. 10/10 would stay here again for a romantic adult only stay, not the greatest with kids. Also I was grateful to have missed the heat the week before, because the hotel doesn't have air conditioning. I like that they are eco friendly, but if it was any hotter out it would have been really uncomfortable in the rooms. The beds are SO comfortable, and the hotel scent and bath products are incredible. Amazing robes, love that there was laundry and a dishwasher in suite (but would trade those in a heartbeat for air conditioning). Winter/fall stays here would be really nice with the fireplaces and heated bathroom floors. Great secure parking, the price is pretty standard. The location is really great, close to the harbour but nice and quiet."

"The cleaning staff went out of their way when I thought my sheets on the bed would be changed everyday. I was unaware that this was not the procedure for more than one days stay. They changed the sheets for me per my request and towels. I am very thankful for their understanding that I was not knowledgeable with hotel procedures. Next time I will be more diligent in acquiring the information necessary to understand what to expect next time I stay in yours, or any other hotels."
