"My husband and I stayed here to celebrate our anniversary. The hotel is gorgeous! Our room was very clean and comfortable and the food and spa experience were wonderful! Tea at the Empress was a highlight! The staff consistently went above and beyond to make our stay special. Highly recommend!"

"The over all property was fine, our room was not. The bathroom had no outlets that worked. The ceiling near the sinks were low and i kepts bumping my head. The mirror above the sink is so low you can't see your face. The shower enclosure is extremely small for the size of the bathroom. There wasn't anywhere to set your needed items to take a shower. There was a tv in the room, however you couldn't see it from the bed. The breakfast was lovely. Hopefully other rooms are better than the one we had. "
