"Overall a decent stay. The room was equipped with almost everything we needed for our stay. Unfortunately our room was slightly run-down (baseboards pulling from the wall, questionable stairs leading to the loft). As we travelled with suitcases, it would have been nice to have a dresser on the loft floor of the room. Our bathroom tub also backed up when it was in use. Additionally, scrubbers and/sponges for dish cleaning would have been helpful to have as well. Staff were very nice throughout the stay. Breakfast had a tasty assortment of food options and the dining area was well maintained. In the morning however, it was near impossible to catch the elevator up to our room because both elevators were in use by cleaning staff travelling to upper floors. Maybe management could consider having cleaning carts on each floor already and/or prioritize the elevators for guests during morning breakfast rushes."
