"Loved our stay here, the apartment was clean and tidy and location was very central - however does get quite noisy late at night/ the bins being collected early in the morning but other than that was perfect"

"The staff were wonderful. So kind and obliging. When we said we were meeting up after 50 years they ensured we had rooms together. They advised us about restaurants that we oldies would like. The bar tender actually reminded me we had a glass of ice first time round. So attentive. The rooms were spotless. I trust you will pass this feedback to your lovely colleagues "
"Great stay and location close to shops, bars and restaurants. 25 minute walk to our gig. Staff were friendly as ever, although the hotel is a maze and we kept getting lost looking for the stairs to avoid the lift and get our steps in 😂!"

I had made an error with my reservation, no fault of the hotel, and the gentleman who checked me in went out of his way to help me rectify it, even offering me a free drink at the bar while he worked it out for me. Sadly I didn’t get his name but I hope he gets recognised for his exceptional customer service"
