"We loved our stay, the women staff were absolutely amazing from start to finish. When we got back on Friday night there was 2 male staff, they weren't helpful. With the ladies they went above & beyond for my granddaughter & me. The hotel was lovely, very clean & it was overall one of the best hotels we've been to, so we will come back, thank you to all involved"

"Staff was great, nothing to say about this. The room was the problem, when we just entered we did a check like every one does, bathroom, the toilet had a strong smell of urine, the kitchen cloths were crusty and dirty, the room was full of hair (every color possible) the room design is good but I think adding more shelves in the bathroom to place toothpaste or other hygiene products would be nice and a second side table for the room that contain 2 beds. Other than that we had a good stay!"
