"Leider erst kurz vorher die Info zum Check-In. Keine Handtücher vor Ort, kein Föhn (wurde am zweiten Tag allerdings auf meinen Wunsch hin gebracht!), kein persönlicher Kontakt, Schimmel-Geruch in der Wohnung, das Bett aufgrund durchgelegener Matratze nicht benutzbar, habe auf dem Sofa geschlafen. Leider bin ich trotz offenem Fenster nachts aufgewacht, weil der feuchte Geruch so extrem war. (Und ich bin kein Mensch, der sich rasch beschwert!)
