Staying here was an extremely enjoyable experience. Everything about the the hotel and its properties were on point.

Great staff! Daniel front desk agent was great! He made me feel at home. He took time to explain everything about the hotel and walked the room and explained how everything works. From my hospitality background this hotel blew my mind. Food was also great! Staff very nice.

I would recommend Accra Luxury Property at Loxwood for your business or vacation trips to Accra. Serene and comfortable place to stay.

It's a cool place to stay.

I have stayed here on other occasions and never been disappointed with my stay. It is very consistent in the service provided and the room assigned. The staff is always very courteous and professional.

It was wonderful and will do it again

The staff are very friendly. Customer service they are good 👍 and not forget they have a very warmly reception 😀. Thanks to Frank.

The hotel staff said they don't put on top sheets, but they gave me a fresh one after I told them the fleece blanket was going to be too hot. I guess they think all guests will bring their own sleeping cloths. The bathroom is...

Our flight with Delta was canceled and we were looking for hotels through Expedia and found this amazing place. Yowel asked for our confirmation details and said he will have a place for us so we should head over to the hotel office. We arrived and I was taking to madam Gloria who was so very nice and she helped with our luggage and took us...

I was on the verge of booking a room at another hotel in Accra when a friend told me he would be staying at Kempinski Hotel Gold Coast. Following his lead was a very wise decision and I thoroughly enjoyed the four nights I spent there! My double room was clean, spacious and well-appointed. The staff were professional and courteous and I would like to single out for special commendation: Adelaide in Reservations, Kwame at the Front Desk, Philip in the Executive Floor Lounge, Isaac in...
