"The property was top class and the staff especially Sharon, was very professional. The only downside was the fact that many people who donât stay there tend to create an atmosphere of olmost intimidation. They are starting at you straight in the eyes, I donât know if they are security staff or what they call in Kinshasa, ANR agents? Very unsettling. They are everywhere! Around the pool, lobby,looking at you as if they are investigating you⊠really I felt unsafeâŠ"
