"For the first time, i saw a Rat in a Hotel, poo in that bath, Hotel was in bits and stains of finger print all over the walls like it was used for human sacrifice or something not that I would know just saying what I saw which I have shown in the images. Toilets shown in the images advertised on the hotel post is a deceit and should be taken down, and when we asked for our money back so we can go to a different hotel they refused and said Hotel .com is to refund us, which we did not get. "The property was top class and the staff especially Sharon, was very professional. The only downside was the fact that many people who don’t stay there tend to create an atmosphere of olmost intimidation. They are starting at you straight in the eyes, I don’t know if they are security staff or what they call in Kinshasa, ANR agents? Very unsettling. They are everywhere! Around the pool, lobby,looking at you as if they are investigating you… really I felt unsafe…"
