"Cute place that was perfect for our family. My only issue was that Travelocity behaved differently for this check in than all others in the past. I did not realize that the bill was not already paid, since credit card information was taken by Travelocity. The charge needed to happen at the property and we had already left. I felt bad for not understanding. We solved it quickly. Sorry to the management for the misunderstanding. "

"I stayed in total seven nights at El Tigre de Santiago. It is located in a quiet neighborhood, but a quick jaunt away from downtown and really close to the Santiago market which is good for breakfast or lunch. The rooms were tidy and comfortable, the layout of the hostel easy and conducive to making friends if desired. They also have purified water to help stay hydrated. The staff were helpful as well, and very accommodating."

"No hubo problema para hacer check in aunque llegamos casi a las 7 pm trate de avisar con tiempo pero me contestaron el teléfono hasta 1 día antes. A solo 10 min de la embajada USA que era el principal motivo de nuestro viaje por lo que la ubicación fue excelente. Los muebles están un poco descuidados (despintados en su mayoría) pero todo funciona, las camas son cómodas, fue una estancia de un día por lo que el precio vale completamente la pena porque nos quedamos toda la familia "

"There is no AC in the main living areas. This is a problem when the temp outside is 100+. We really couldn't enjoy the house because it was too hot to move around. We were confined to the bedrooms. If you are traveling in cooler months this is a great option. The living area is large and nicely decorated. Kitchen is fully equipped. Nice little courtyard with pool and a large 2nd floor patio. Bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. Location is good. Parking available on the street."
