We had an amazing time. We loved our room and the service throughout the hotel was phenomenal!!!! Best we ever had. In particular, we would like to recognize Jorge Quezada from The Pescador restaurant, and Ernesto from the Pescador bar, for their hard work in providing amazing service. We stayed for a week and got tired of our food options though Changing the menus up more would be helpful. Also, a little more adult entertainment please. We loved the casino night. Overall it was great.
Clean and comfy. The rooms are really big, the hotel looks good.
The service is amazing, people is very friendly and warm.
The food could be more varied, very tasty
Food was awful. Very disappointing that there was little to no entertainment and that the beach closed at 7p. View was amazing and rooms were nice and big but will never be returning.
The beach and staff friendliness. Good breakfast (room service), but not good food for lunch and dinner (good options but not great taste). Not many options in the room service menu and terrible service of beverages in the room (we had to call everyday to ask for bottles of water and it took them up to two hours to bring them)
The restaurants had the same food. The nightlife and pool life was very boring. The whole hotel itself looked old and not new. Some of the staff members were nice - but others were not so nice.
I was expecting better. Dirty hotel, pool area smells terrible, bathrooms at pool area always dirty, food options are reduced and quality very poor.
I stayed in other Dreams hotel and the experience was completely different. Only good thing is the friendly staff.
It does not meet the Dreams standard. Poorly maintained facilities, very few dining options and the quality of the food is not there. The staff was kind but rhey can only do so much with what they have
This place is absolutely horrible. The bad reviews are very accurate. It's very dirty, the food is terrible (tons of flies on everything) and the staff is not welcoming. This stay is one of the biggest regrets I've ever had traveling. Do NOT waste your money on this place. It has a bad vibe and I could not wait to leave.
Our room was dirty. Stains and hair on the bed, hair on both sinks, hair on shower drain. There’s black mold on restroom ceiling. They do not turn on the a/c in lobby, inside bar, cafe areas. It is extremely uncomfortable. You try to enjoy your your ice cream in the cafe because the ice cream parlor is closed, but it’s melting faster than you can eat it.

Disliked: Staff & service
Terrible experience here. Many families (including mine) had to wait 40 minutes for a simple check in in a lobby without air conditioning at 40°C (and it was not even on high season). Staff was rude and unable to to a simple adjustment to our booking. Food options very limited, beach lounge installations were not enough for all the guests (meaning no shadow, no waiter service), and finally, the beach is ugly and full of thrash in that side of Acapulco. Def not worth it. I highly recommend investing the same amount of money for a five-star hotel in Diamante zone.

Yes. The food really is that bad!
Room was not ready when we got there and we had to wait until well after check in time to get in our room. Eventually made it to the pool, and tried to order drinks and were told there was no tequila! At a resort in Mexico!?! This was the start of a pattern. One night there was no white wine. Then told there was no butter for our breadrolls.
Guess I should have believed the reviews - food was well below average. Lack of choice and lack of flavour!
We have stayed at other Dreams in Mexico and this falls well short of our expectations. Will not be back here!
Terrible trip, we arrived at 11:00 and they wouldn't let us use the pool or eat, they said we would have to wait until 1:30 or pay $30 per person, same with check out, if we wanted to use facilities after 12:00 we had to pay $30 per person. Pools were very dirty, waiters at restaurant and drink service were rude and didn't really serve us. If you go to the bar they ignore you and only help the waiters. The restaurants have an hour wait for every meal and the food is gross. Room service, my son found a cockroach and 2 hairs in his fries and a bone in his hamburger. Laura at front desk is rude, Virginia in the buffet is rude, the guards at front are rude, they didn't even want to let us park our car early, and we had to pay $120 pesos a day for parking. Door men are also rude, don't offer to help with bags. I went to dreams in riviera maya and it was a totally different experience, this dreams is really bad for what we paid.
Food was not good and very little options. Being in Mexico your expectations for food is high and was very disappointing. Restaurants on site were always busy and didn’t have a waiting time of how long we would be waiting for at some point we were forced to eat out of the all inclusive because your staff failed to give us a waiting time. Which left the family disappointed and hungry. For being “dog friendly” you guys can do a lot better since you are one of the few. We were in vip lounge and that was probably the only good service we received but not allowed to take in our dog after initial registration. Waste a money if we couldn’t take advantage because of our pet. The pool servers would take forever to give us drinks while at the pool we would have to get out of the pool to go to a nearby bar. You have too many guests with many accommodations as waiting for the elevator would also cause traffic and wait long time. Sad that it has a nice beach view, location and I cannot recommend for all these reasons.
