We like this hotel because of their friendly staff, the area and the swimming pools. But this hotel needs to remodel their rooms and fix their elevators. Elevators were a huge problem, long waits and saw so many people frustrated. Last time we were in this hotel was like 5 years ago and they had the same issues with the elevators but this time it was worst.

AC had a hard time cooling the room. Two elevators went out of service during our 3 day stay. Upgrading the elevators and HVAC systems would be beneficial to the hotel. Great staff!! Great views!! Direct beach access and convenient to access transportation or walk!!

Room was clean and big. Pool chairs not enough for the amount of people. We were 2 adults and were given a room next to a family with very noisy kids. Room planing should be a little more thoughtful, maybe keep adults only on the top floors and families on the lower floors. A/C not cool enough. Very good location.

Ok for a short stay

Well you have to consider that they just got through to hurricanes two years ago, one of the major problems is the elevators they have four elevators but only two work half of the time and they're not fast elevators very slow, the rooms are in good condition except the air conditioners cool the room at night comfortably but in during the day no you needed a fan, the beach access was good and the pools are good and the waiter and waitress staff was excellent.

Everything was amazing, except on the weekend when more guests arrived, the elevators took more than 30 minutes to reach your floor due to their weight capacity.

Food was subpar, and the rooms were uneventful lacked any standout features. The valet service was atrocious and made departure a nightmare, taking over two hours just to get the car. Check out demand was at noon and offered no other solution or amenity. Asked to speak to manager and no one ever came around. Not a great experience overall.

Rented 2 rooms one room had no safe, no iron, no coffee maker and the AC wasnt working and the elevators. The check out process is terrible and not well organized, even though they gave us an hour extension for check out, the lines were long. Also you can not pay at the hotel with an American card.
