I stayed in a luxury suite and right as I came in the room immediately I noticed the sheets had very visible stains. The AC unit worked perfetly but the room itself did not look clean or maintained or upgraded to meet modern current standards for the price I paid. The suite also did not have HOT water so taking a shower was a little different with cold or room temperature water. I would not recommend this place to stay. The restaurant staff was nice and friendly, the food was good. The scenery is amazing, but the stay not so much.

This place is a gem. The front row view to La Quebrada, the kindness and attentiveness of the staff, and the location close to el zocalo made up for the devastation that hurricane Otis left in this once popular city. Accommodations are basic but you pay accordingly. I would definitely come back!

We always enjoy our stays at El Mirador and the view is second to none! The cliff diver show is amazing. I do understand that you can not control the weather but when a storm took out the electricity for a large portion on the day I expected a facility of caliber to have a plan. There was no back up generator. We were left with no power, no air conditioning, and no way to charge our electronics. I asked the facility if they had flashlights for us as it was getting dark and there is a lot of stairs, answer was no. A few simple steps could have managed this better
