Older hotel . Did not want to give upgrade room at hotel even though i am platinum member. First two nights had a small studio that ac did not work. Was finally given different room that functioned little better but was bigger room so i was happy. Knew the area so big plus used public transportation most days. Oxxos everywhere so never far from morning coffee or lunch on the beach beer run. Walk towards beach in back of Hotel Copacabana. Rent a table n chairs there more people then at Elcano. 150 to 200 pesos all day . Must try fried potatoe tacos with salsa … shrimp on stick hit or miss . Close to oxxo for chips n beer everyone has Bluetooth speaker so all kinds of music. Hope this helped … first time at this hotel not sure if I would return. Staff great hotel old!!

A really great place to stay, and enjoy a wonderful vacations. Very clean, All the employees are friendly very good costumer attention. I recommend this hotel 100%. And definitely my next time in Acapulco I am going back with them.

Location is close to sre. Good view. Ice is free. Food and drink is outrageously expensive. Boring location. I reserved a taxi for 4 am to take us to the airport because our flight was at 6:15 am and taxi never showed up. Room is super old and aircon leaked 2 liters of water one night. Room service for cleaning is unprofessional. They knock once and barge right in. Staff is friendly. Everyone acknowledges you. Elevator is on the edge of breaking down. Coffee good. Too many negatives.
