Great place to stay. Very friendly staff, clean and the food was delicious. Service can improve a little bit around the pool by suggesting drinks and appetizers but that’s it. Great experience!!

This Hotel is really clean, peaceful , Family ambiance, affordable and Even the studio size room is quite enough for a couple I totally recommend this Hotel for Everyone who wants to have an awesome time in Acapulco

Older hotel . Did not want to give upgrade room at hotel even though i am platinum member. First two nights had a small studio that ac did not work. Was finally given different room that functioned little better but was bigger room so i was happy. Knew the area so big plus used public transportation most days. Oxxos everywhere so never far from morning coffee or lunch on the beach beer run. Walk towards beach in back of Hotel Copacabana. Rent a table n chairs there more people then at Elcano. 150 to 200 pesos all day . Must try fried potatoe tacos with salsa … shrimp on stick hit or miss . Close to oxxo for chips n beer everyone has Bluetooth speaker so all kinds of music. Hope this helped … first time at this hotel not sure if I would return. Staff great hotel old!!

Para el precio que maneja su mobiliario ya es muy viejo necesitan renovarlo. La alberca ya se encontraba muy sucia el último día que estuvimos. No tienen estacionamiento techado y provocó que le cayera algo a la camioneta y se estrellara el parabrisas, si lo resolvieron sin problema pero que si consideren techarlo.

El hotel requiere ya de mucho mantenimiento, las instalaciones son viejas, los muebles requieren una renovación ya que se están volviendo inservibles, las llaves de lavabo o regadera ya no funcionan adecuadamente, la alberca tiene unas secciones tipo jacuzzi de las cuales solo funciona 1, la alberca solo la limpian con liquidos y es notable que requiere también filtración y ser aspirada, en ocasiones en agua esta verde. En general me parece que le falta mantenimiento a todo. El personal es atento y se esmera en hacer su trabajo, la comida me parece cara considerando costo beneficio.
