The staff was excellent because they allowed me to check in early at 10 a.m. The hotel is in a great location, with plenty of places nearby. Transportation to the downtown area is available right at the corner of the hotel. The rooms are decent—somewhat outdated, but comfortable enough for a good night's sleep. The property features two pools. Overall, it offers great value for the cost. I will definitely come back again

stay here if you're fred flinstone. Horrible Hotel

decided to give this hotel another try. I should of stuck with my other disappointment of this hotel. 1st I had requested an earlier check in which the hotel approved upon arrival the night person at the desk charged me 500 pesos for checkin early. I was not given the room I had booked which was 2 beds and i was given a 1 bed. the beds are very old and uncomfortable like sleeping on a log bed. the pillows were thin as paper and im not exagerating. i requested extra pillows and was denied i was told they didnt have any. had no room service therefore no clean towels. i had made prepaid reservation and i was told the hotel could not charge my prepaid reservation with the virtual card that was provided. therefore i had to pay again with my personal card. and now im waiting to be refunded from my third party reservation. will not stay at this property ever again...

El lugar está accesible de llegar y bien ubicado en tiendas y demás, decían eran dos albercas y solo una estaba en servicio, una opción terrible para descansar, el ruido es demasiado, gente con bocinas en las habitaciones, en teoría no se puede fumar y lo hacen, no hay mucho control en ello , en ningún momento hubo personal que atendiera y diera opciones, por el costo hay mejores lugares

Excelente lugar, el lugar agradable, mi familia y yo la pasamos muy bien, la atención fue buena. Lo único es que no había espacio de estacionamiento y tuve que dejar el auto en la calle

El hotel está en una zona súper céntrica hay farmacias, Oxxo, restaurantes y una plaza súper cerca, lo único malo para mí fue que la conexión de internet no me agarró en toda mi estadía, de ahí en fuera tiene todo lo esencial aire acondicionado agua caliente televisión y un frigobar. Cuenta con dos albercas y las dos están súper limpias
