"1 Townhead cottage was brilliant a real home from home. Plenty room for the 3 of us and our dog all rooms very spacious. Everything was in cottage that you require for a quality stay short or long. Kirkby Thore has post office/shop which is well stocked and has all your dailly needs. Penrith was 10 mins away with supermarkets, Mcdonalds and would recommended Lotus Garden chinese takeaway too. Ideal location for walks, Pooley Bridge, Kirby Stephen and Lake District. Will 100% recommend to friends and family and would definitely return "

"Amazing bungalow in a lovely quiet area. Beds were so comfy I didn’t want to get out ! There were toys for the children, a jigsaw for the grown ups, dog treats and poop bags if you had a dog. We had crisps and biscuits left out for our arrival. What a nice touch. The hot tub was amazing, we didn’t want to get out of that either ! The only downside was we weren’t there long enough to enjoy it all. "

"We have just returned from a 5 day stay at this lovely property. The accommodation was exactly as advertised and had a lovely welcoming and cosy feeling. The area is very quiet and we were able to switch off and relax. We would 100% return and saty here again next time we are in the area."
