"Beautiful and safe neighborhood. Property was immaculate. Gorgeous decor. We stayed for a festival at the Rose Bowl and ended up walking everywhere from this home base. Some fairly long but pleasant walks. Area is very pretty and quiet. Kitchen well equipped. Only thing not there was hot tub/spa/whirlpool in the listing although it wasn’t a huge deal. There is a lovely claw foot tub in the bathroom, that is more set up for showers than baths. It was lovely and I’d stay again!"

"The owners were wonderful with communication. The house was very clean and well kept up . The front of the house was beautiful with garden for privacy . They got back to us super promptly with any questions. Close to Burbank and Hollywood and only hour and half away from Disney ."

"Wonderful location! The neighborhood is beautiful! We enjoyed evening walks, the home inside was very clean, yard needed a little sprucing up. We spent 2 days at universal studios which was 15 minutes away. My kids ended both days there early so they could come back to the rental to swim. The game room was fun! We had a Lincoln logs building contest and played a lot of foosball. We would definitely rent this place again"

"This home was just perfect for our family of 4! The hosts Mike and Julie were extremely responsive and accommodating, and the check in/check out process was seamless. The pool and backyard were our boys’ favorite amenity, and the house is very spacious, modern, well equipped with supplies and household products, and clean. You can tell the owners take great care in maintaining this property. We will most definitely come back to this house for our next LA trip!"

"We loved the Skyhill Oasis and how much space it provided. The hot tub with the outside TV was a great addition. The quiet residential area was a welcome contrast to the hustle and bustle of LA and the traffic. Universal is surprisingly close by, and the Getty and Griffith Observatory just short drives. The inside of the property was well kept and spotless, with all you may need for your stay. We have truly had a great stay. Thanks Darryl for your quick responses and being accommodating to make...

"The house is very new and beautiful inside. Check-in couldn't be easier...host met me at the door and showed me to my room, which has a lock and key. Bathroom very nice. It's a quiet place and excellent for a stay."
