"We had a fabulous stay at Nobu. The location is a little tricky but that's what makes it exclusive. For shoppers its a dream come true, located in the center of high end fashion and its walkable. So many restaurants around the hotel and of course Nobu is excellent but very expensive. Great hotel for a girls trip. You will shop til you drop. Such a great time. Thank you! Sam and Z at the front desk were very helpful and kind!"

"Although there seems to have been a miscommunication between Expedia and WaterWalk by Wyndham about the room type, the friendly and helpful staff at WaterWalk got us into the room we required. Even better, they found and returned our misplaced Kindle! We couldn't be more pleased! The staff here is excellent!!"

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special and were so friendly and attentive the entire time. The location honestly could not have been better — being right at The Battery made everything so convenient with amazing restaurants, shopping, and entertainment all within walking distance. The rooms were gorgeous, comfortable, and had amazing views. Every detail felt thoughtfully done. This was hands down one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had, and we already can’t wait to come back.
