But the best thing was the staff, they were universally friendly and very, very helpful. I recommend Manrashiwa Hotel very highly. "

"They hadn't changed the sheets since the previous guest and what I found beneath my pillow was disgusting. The electricity and wifi didn't work until evening. The water didn't work on the 2nd morning. The staff member who checked me in wanted to know how much I paid (as if he had no access to that information). The booking included breakfast and this became an awkward negotiation. Breakfast was poor"
