We stayed in the Hotel Princess Inspire for Christmas. The hotel is absolutely clean, the rooms very modern. The main pool was heated. The food restaurant (buffet) has also vegetarian dishes and food for persons with allergies (lactose etc.). The staff is super friendly. The hotel is in the middle of Adeje Coast with access to numerous hiking trails (20 - 40 Minutes by car). The ferry to La Gomera can be reached in 20 minutes by car. They had a gala dinner on 25th December, which was spectacular. We would certainly come back to the hotel. Only point of criticism: We had a room with a view to the pool. Every evening until 11.00 p.m. there was music at the bar. For us, a bit too noisy.

Hotel was beautiful, we arrived the day after it reopened and it was perfect, staff are amazing and the hotel is beautiful. Only slight issues were that we weren’t made aware that the nightclub/bar in the hotel wasn’t ready which meant we weren’t able to use that facility that we were really looking forward to and missed out on the entertainment that was to be in that venue which was more our style. Hotel was super clean and drinks were great, the hotel started to get busier as the days were going on and the staff adapted, there were slight issues with food/capacity but this is expected when a hotel has just reopened. Overall lovely hotel and I would love to come back when the bar is open as I think it would make the experience perfect.

Great holiday over new year

Great hotel , couldn’t really fault it. All the Amenities you’d expect from a 4 star hotel. Staff were exceptional, friendly and happy to help. We were there for new year and they really made an effort with dinner and entertainment- pity they were a bit late with the 12.00 countdown! 😀 food was great with plenty of choice. We also ate in ‘the one’ which is there a la carte restaurant for gold members. Food was nice but nothing special and less choice than the food market. It wasn’t very busy either so not the same atmosphere. Hotel has a good location too near the beach and bars and restaurants. We had a side room because we asked for a quiet room but did hear noise from a neighbouring karaoke bar and late homecomers on the street below. Just a note if you are less mobile there are 51 steps from reception to the restaurant! Keeps you fit if nothing else! Would recommend this hotel

Like: Staff were really friendly and approachable. Nothing was too much trouble. Everything was clean and fresh after the refurbishment. The large, heated swimming pool was perfect for us to do some serious swimming. Close to coastal walks. Not to like: Too many steps! To enter the hotel, you have to go up, then down to the main lobby. Then take 52 steps down to the restaurant and the lift wasn't easy to find. The food was fresh and replenished quickly, but not that hot. The spa was underwhelming. The sauna wasn't hot, the massage jets in the outdoor pool were disappointing. There was no door to the bathroom, and a mirrored sliding door to the shower/toilet, which was somewhat transparent.

Would I stay again…? Hmmm..

Outwardly the hotel looks pretty amazing. Inside surprised me, looking more like a cruise ship that has seen its best days. The rooms, beds, pillows, blankets, shower were all pretty ok. Lots of pensionare clients, who wake up early and go to bed early. That means slamming doors starts around 7am when everyone goes to breakfast and also that the evening entertainment is over by 11-12pm. I like to sleep late on my holidays but was woken up at 8:30 for ”cleaning”. My bad that I forgot to put up that ”don’t disturb” sign. The next day there wasn’t any cleaning even if the ”clean my room” sign hanged on my door the entire day. You hear 2 quick knocks and they immediately burst in if you’re not fast enough to run to the door yourself. Soundproof is very poor, so have your earplugs ready bc the cleaning appearantly starts at breakfast time, at 7 am, and you can hear all these cleaning trolleys and the cleaners conversations. For smokers: there are areas, but not on your balcony or terrace. Would I stay again? ….maybe when you give me the room with a balcony view that I paid for instead of some leisure area overlooking some terrace rooftop. Location nice. Beach, restaurants and supermarkets very close by!

La chambre était grande et bien placée, très ensoleillée. Elle était propre. Le ménage était fait quotidiennement. Le personnel était très sympathique ce qui a rendu notre séjour très agréable. L hôtel était magnifique et bien entretenu
