We were greeted by Julie who was absolutely lovely and upgraded us to the property. The property was lovely , location excellent and Julie was so helpful and a great host .
Perfect location for our needs. Booked in a hurry due to a sick grand child at WCH.

We had a great week staying in Nth Adelaide for our base to watch the TDU, it was central to get to all the stages and easy access to the city centre either walking, riding or driving, with plenty of shopping and cafes in O’Connell st.
This little townhouse has it all - great location, good beds and linen, gleaming bathroom, functional kitchen and lovely light rooms - but the best asset is the prompt responsiveness of "landlady" Julie. She makes you feel as much a guest as a client. During my stay, I received wine, chocolates and even flowers! Staying here was an absolute pleasure and I will definitely return.
Clean, spacious, generally well appointed and well located. My only caution is for anyone hoping to self-cater beyond a a simple breakfast. Limited cookware and no cooking utensils (that I could find) made it difficult to prepare meals. If that isn’t a consideration, then there are many great eat out/take away options within a very easy walk.
Easy to find, location is very convenient but I found it a little noisy at night with traffic noise. The garage is small but secure, and I found it easier to reverse in due to other cars parked in the laneway. The bedrooms are huge and bed was comfy. The shower was great. I had trouble lighting the gas oven and gave up after multiple tries and also there were no oven trays. Gas heater in the lounge was very welcome and it was nice to be met on-site by the owner.

Welcoming, Clean, Comfortable and Accessible
Our host was amazing, when noting we were travelling with an infant, at making all of us welcome and feel right at home. The cot had a thick comfortable mattress with plenty of comfortable linen and blankies. Our baby was even gifted a toy and baby toiletries (she travelled for medical reasons). A bed time story book was also a lovely touch. The main bed is very very comfortable.
Baby aside, the townhouse was extremely clean, warm and cozy. It is located within minutes walk of highly reviewed tripadvisor cafes and restaurants. The nearby middle eastern, thai and french cuisine is amazing. Also within easy walking distance is the zoo, botanical gardens and womens/childrens hospital and specialists.
Contact with our host was always easy and we found her a very caring, genuine person who's attention to detail goes far to pleasing her guests.
We will stay again if ever in Adelaide. Great for foodies and people who don't want the expense of hiring a car.
Julie, the host, was caring and easy to communicate with. The property was very clean and the location fantastic. Thank you Julie for a wonderful holiday.
Well appointed & great location. Plenty of great places to eat and drink near by. It is under the flight path though and noise travels from Performing arts centre. Also noisy motor bikes on OConnell street. Would stay again though.

Close to being really good. Julie was super kind allowing early arrival but i have a feeling that compromised the clean after previous tenants .... sheets in one room were not changed from previous ....Kitchen missing some key things like dish washing detergent, bread knife and enough T Towels.
Awesome location & amazing unit. Highly recommended, had everything we could of possibly needed & more. Every detail thought of right down to beautiful quality linen & towels. Smooth & easy communication with the owner, will definitely stay there again!
Julie, the property manger, greeted us warmly and was a great help to us with our initial arrival. We were, however, very unhappy with the very loud noise overhead from very frequent airplanes throughout the evenings, and again very early in the mornings. Noise from the 4 lane street (O'Connell St., about 50 m away) was also an issue, as well as noise from some of the residences adjacent to this property. We did enjoy the sights of Adelaide but would choose a different property/location next time.
Very good location for what I needed to do. Just fitted the land cruiser under the carport. Would have been a concern and inconvenience if I ended up leaving it on the street but it wasn’t an issue in the end.
The visit was outstanding. The owner was incredibly helpful, responsive and accommodating. I was moving in and out of the city and she graciously stored equipment and baggage in anticipation of our arrival. She was very accommodating to small needs that we had from a arrival and departure standpoint. The area is conveniently located, has wonderful restaurants within a two minute walk in the home is quite comfortable, clean and well decorated. The tile work is to die for. I would not hesitate returning. I can't say enough good things about Julie and her husband. Thank you so much.
