You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Archies townhouse 3 bdrm, sleeps 5, wifi, AC

Summary:
Convenient location sleeps 5!
3 bedrooms upstairs. 2.5 bathrooms.
Full kitchen with everything you need to create your own meals! Thoughtful appliances such as coffee pod machine, air fryer and microwave.
Air conditioning through out all rooms.
Quite. Our home is set back from the street.
If you would like to bring your furry friend you are welcome! Please check with Michelle as we have special conditions on particular breeds.

The Space:
Master bedroom, queen bed, walk in wardrobe, ensuite with shower and deep bath.
2nd bedroom queen bed with built in robes. 2nd large bathroom with toilet and shower upstairs opposite second bedroom.
3rd bedroom, upstairs, single bed. Hanging space for clothes.
Downstairs, study nook with desk, full kitchen, dining and lounge with TV and Chromecast so you can watch where you left off!
Downstairs also, full laundry and toilet. Sliding doors lead to fenced off back yard with seating.
Our home is centrally located and close to many attractions. Gateway to the Barossa valley. 8kms from the city with excellent public transport just a 2 minute walk. A 5 minute walk takes you to restaurants, cafes and supermarket.

Guest Access:
Our garage is not available for guest use however, there is free off street parking in front of our garage. Also, free street parking.

Getting Around:
A 2 minute walk takes you to the bus stop that talked you to the city.

Great location, prompt communication with property manager, we could have our dogs
The property was perfectly suited for us. Great location. Good communication if any issues. Thanks Michelle. It had everything we needed & we could bring our lovely dogs. The beds were super comfortable the couches were not so great. The yard is small and a mix of dirt with some grass. I would recommend putting artificial turf down and perhaps raised garden beds/pots around the edges. We really appreciated being able to stay before getting into our new home.
