Our North Adelaide Apartment is superbly located in the relatively quiet Archer Street in North Adelaide. It is fully self contained, has 2 bedrooms with queen sized beds, separate kitchen with all the cooking gear and utensils that you would need including a coffee pod machine, separate dining area and lounge room. The outdoor deck & patio with a BBQ is a real bonus.
It is just 150 metres from O'Connell Street and numerous restaurant & cafe options. 10 minutes walk to Adelaide Oval. Another 5 minutes and you could be in Adelaide city centre, Adelaide Casino or the Festival Theatre. Our apartment is located right alongside North Adelaide Village which includes a 24 hour Fitness Centre, Supermarket, Fruit & Veg shop, Butcher shop, cafes, hairdressers and more. We guarantee you'll love the location.
This is a ground floor apartment so easy to access and no stairs to climb. The outdoor living area is a real highlight and increases the living space by around 25%. Sit under a shady tree with a coffee, beer or wine and enjoy the space. The rear of the apartment overlooks a pleasant garden area. This apartment is spacious with fresh and modern decor & furnishings. In addition to free WiFi there are also complimentary Foxtel channels available.

If you are looking for a well setup apartment close to everything then this is definitely the one for you. The apartment is beautifully presented and well equipped, with lots of little extras that make you feel welcome. Geoff has this setup so well it feels like staying at a friend’s place house sitting. The apartment was immaculate. The courtyard with its bbq was an absolute bonus. The neighbourhood is excellent and being next door to the North Adelaide Village for shopping and restaurants was very convenient. Public transport is a short 2 minute stroll down the street, so having a vehicle is not necessary when travelling from interstate or overseas. For those wanting to keep fit it is just a walk into the CBD. Everything was just so easy from checking in to the end of our stay. Both the apartment and the surrounding areas felt safe and secure. This is defiantly a place we would stay again when visiting Adelaide and we will certainly recommend it to friends. Thanks Geoff for a very enjoyable experience in a home away from home.

The location is fantastic, you can walk into the CBD without any issues, catch a bus nearby or park a car safely off street. The area and apartment complex is extremely quiet. There is a shopping village next door with a good variety of shops and an exceptionally good IGA supermarket. There is an abundance of restaurants and other eateries within walking distance. The unit is well presented, with the additional and extra small touches make for a delightful stay. The outside courtyard makes a great entertaining area or just an additional space to relax in. We have stayed here before and will certainly return again on our next trip to Adelaide.

Lovely apartment with the bonus of a courtyard, with North Adelaide’s charms a step away. Easy walking distance to the city. Easily accessible options for self-catering (and well-equipped kitchen) as well many excellent options for dining out.

We absolutely loved it! Walking distance to the shops, restaurants and the Adelaide oval. Unit was clean and included an abundance of games for the kids! Off street parking was also a massive bonus!

Fantastic apartment that had everything we needed. Location was great with shopping, restaurants and entertainment all within walking distance. Communication was on point and owner checked in to see if everything was good.

My stay at the apartment was excellent ,very clean & tidy with high quality bedding & towels. The private courtyard was the perfect place to sit and relax. The kitchen was very well equipped, including a Nespresso coffee machine. The bathroom was modern and spotless, with an amazing rainhead shower, for me a total luxury! I had everything I needed for my 2 week stay and I felt I had been spoilt with the beautiful furnishings and high quality modern finishes, including a large screen TV and a super comfortable couch. I can’t thank Geoff enough for making sure I was comfortable. My stay in Adelaide was due to a family illness & Geoff was very supportive of my situation & kept in contact with me to ensure I had everything I needed. I would highly recommend this apartment and hope to stay again on a future visit to Adelaide.

The apartment is in a great area with lots of shops and restaurants just around the corner. The apartment itself has everything we needed and was spotless clean. Geoff was a wonderful host and communication was great! Not only will we be staying again but we would recommend this apartment to anyone!
