The Space:

This three-bedroom house offers a comfortable stay for up to six guests. It features one queen bed, one double bed and two single beds, providing a flexible sleeping setup for families or groups. The layout is practical and suited for shared living.



The home includes a bathtub for relaxation, along with an outdoor dining area, ideal for enjoying meals or spending time outside.



A fully equipped kitchen is available, making it easy for guests to prepare meals during their stay, whether for short visits or longer stays.



***Please note that our property is located under Adelaide’s flight pathway.

During the day (from early morning to late afternoon), you may occasionally hear aircraft taking off and landing. Most guests find this manageable, and evenings are generally much quieter.

Fire Safety: The fire alarm system in this property is monitored, and emergency services will be dispatched if the alarm is triggered. A minimum fee of $1200 will be charged for Fire and Emergency Services, and the guest will be responsible for all related fees and charges.



Cleanliness Concerns: If you are not completely satisfied with the cleanliness of the apartment upon arrival, please inform the host within 6 hours. We will arrange for a cleaner to address your concerns. Please note that no refunds will be issued if remediation is not allowed.



Check-Out: The apartment is professionally cleaned between stays. We kindly request that you return the apartment in a neat and tidy condition upon check-out. Any damages or excess cleaning required will be charged to the guest.



Guest Accuracy: To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please ensure that the number of guests is accurately reflected at the time of booking.



Storage Options: For temporary luggage storage on weekdays between 9:30 am and 5:30 pm, please visit our office at 239 Wright Street, Adelaide SA 5000. Alternatively, lockers are available at Adelaide Central Bus Station from 6:00 am to 9:30 pm daily.



Lost and Found: We keep lost and found items for up to two weeks. If you need to retrieve an item, please provide your current residential address, and we will arrange for it to be posted to you. Guests are responsible for all postage fees.
