• Bathroom with floor to ceiling tiles, vanity with stone benchtops; separate toilet

• Zoned controller for the AC

• Kitchen featuring stone benchtops, 900w stainless-steel oven & cooktop; dishwasher. Microwave, coffee machine & soda stream also available

This home is in a complex of 4 – guests are reminded that there is a no party policy & they must adhere to the quiet hours of 10pm – 7am.

DEPARTURE: Upon departure all dishes must be washed and put away, food removed from the fridge and rubbish placed in the appropriate bin. The home must be left in a clean and tidy condition. Extra charges will be applied for the cleaning of dirty dishes, emptying of fridge and if the home is not left in a similar condition to your arrival. SMOKING: This home is strictly NON-SMOKING indoors and will result in a forfeit of bond if this occurs. All Linen except for beach towels is supplied; property is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival.

Amazing Host & well equipped home
Home was clean and well equipped starting from kitchen, laundry, bathrooms and bedrooms. Nice and quiet suburb. Carpet upstairs was amazingly soft, felt nice after a long day of standing. Will definitely recommend and come back. Host was amazing to deal and communicate with!

Lovely Property
Lovely property with all amenities needed, only problem was parking as had 3 cars but this really wasn't bad as over weekend and unavoidable for area. very quiet & though need station really didn't hear the trains much at all- convenient if wanted to utilise instead of driving!!!

Best ever accomodation
Very comfortable and neat new house with everything one can imagine. High quality and brand products. Easy commute to city and beautiful playground in front. 3 Wi-Fi TV with Netflix was a great plus for family with nice outdoor sitting with BBQ. This is best holiday home in Adelaide for me.
