At the heart of the home, the open-plan kitchen and living area encourages easy connection between cooking, dining and conversation. The spacious kitchen is fitted with a gas cooktop, oven, stainless steel fridge and a generous island bench with bar seating, making everything from morning coffee to shared dinners feel effortless. A dining table inside comfortably seats six, while two separate lounge spaces allow guests to spread out between movie nights, quiet reading or relaxed afternoons indoors. Large sliding doors open directly onto the rear deck, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor flow.

Outside, the private backyard captures the laid-back spirit of a Glenelg getaway. Spend sunny afternoons beside the fenced pool, stretch out on the loungers with a book, or gather around the outdoor dining table for long lunches in the sea breeze.

When it is time to rest, the primary bedroom offers a queen bed, walk-in robe and ensuite with a corner shower, while the second bedroom combines a queen bed and single bunk bed for flexible sleeping arrangements. The main bathroom includes a deep freestanding bath positioned beneath a skylight, alongside a separate toilet for added convenience.

Additional comforts include a full laundry with a washing machine and sink, and secure parking for one car.

A portacot and high chair are available to hire for a fee. Should you require them, please let us know upon booking.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
