"The loft we stayed in was lovely however has a large spiral staircase to the bedroom so if you struggle with stairs not for you or if you need the bathroom it’s downstairs!! Other thing was terrible views from windows. All car parks or rooftop. Otherwise a lovely stay. Staff were friendly helpful and very customer focused. I think lovely female staff member called Kelsie was absolutely amazing and helpful in every way. She’s definitely a 5 star rating. Thank you for looking after us 🙏 Close to everything "

"Loved our stay here! Very clean and modern hotel. Great location for access to the convention centre and other locations in the city centre. Staff were very friendly and attentive,.going out of their way to answer any questions we had. The free breakfast was amazing with so many choices available. Enjoyed the bar area that had some great prices for happy hour. Overall a very enjoyable stay."

"The property is quite new, modern, 24/7 room service, walking distance to many places in Adelaide CBD, comfortable beds. We have already recommended this place to many friends. The only thing I would say is to check parking before you go - we were charged more by the hotel then we could've got directly from the parking service. "
