"We stayed now on two occasions on our journeys north & south to Scotland. The bungalow is easily accessible not too far from the A1 & there are good convenience facilities just off the A1 roundabout less than 4 miles from Austerfield. The bungalow is furnished to a high standard with comfortable sofas & excellent beds & bedding. The location is in a secure park with intriguing deer statues in several places. Well recommended for short or long stays."

"Very helpful and friendly owners, great location for visiting our new granddaughter. 2 mins walk to lovely Pearsons park. Some lovely welcoming items, lots of fresh fruit, bread, butter, milk and cake all vegan as owners are, a couple of things i would suggest is maybe a door curtain could be put in place as there was no privacy going from the bathroom across the kitchen to the bedroom also there was no smoke alarm present. All in all a nice stay 👍 "

"This was a lovely cottage for our Christmas break, perfect for 2 adults and a dog. Maintained to a high standard and catered for all our needs. We'd like to return in Spring/Summer to further explore the area. Owners were very helpful and friendly and made us feel welcome. "Absolutely lovely little cottage in the most quiet location, once Judy had shown us around the cottage we were left alone to come and go as we pleased, the cottage is faultlessly clean with everything you need,it is so peaceful I had the best sleep id had in years Highly recommend and we will definitely be using this again as our son is at university in York and it's close enough to pop in and out of the city"

"A clean, quiet, comfortable property, within easy walking distance of the train station. I only spent evenings and nights there, leaving early in the morning each day, to work in Hull and returning at dinner time. Loads of nice places to eat in the town centre. The TV in the living room did not work properly, but the one in the bedroom was fine."

"A very pleasant flat/apartment for a short to medium stay. The hosts included many of the necessary items (soaps, towels, washing detergent for washing machine and dishwasher etc) and the kitchen is well supplied with utensils and cookware. The furniture was comfortable and we didn't find anything lacking during our stay. The area is nice and quiet with the small town a very short drive away (or a quite long walk) when shops are required. We strongly recommend touring the bakeries. There are...
