However, my bank statement currently shows four additional pending transactions from your property totaling $526.28 ($314.60, $105.84, $55.84, and $50.00). These charges were never disclosed, authorized, or explained at any point during my stay. Beyond the financial discrepancy, the quality of service was unacceptable: One bathroom was filthy upon arrival, and the plumbing in the walls knocked loudly for the duration of the three-day stay. On Saturday, while we were napping, front desk staff woke us up to blame my sleeping son for a noise complaint. Despite our own complaints about children running in the halls and beating on doors, your staff refused to review security footage and instead threatened us with fees. Staff refused to help when after midnight, there were a dozen people in the hallway, trying to get into rooms they didn’t reserve. One, actually vomited in the hallway. The stress of this stay was compounded by a medical emergency. On the morning of my last day, I suffered a stroke. After my children were picked up, I utilized self-checkout to go immediately to the hospital. I had intended to book two rooms at your location on alternating weekends for the next two years, plus holiday breaks. "

"Went for a birthday girlfriends weekend. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and provided what we needed. Our room couldve had better lighting by perhaps an extra lamp. Nice big tv, comfortable beds. The balcony was big and spacious. The buffet breakfast was very good and the overall condition of the resort was well maintained. We called for early checkin and was told we could come as ealry as noon if we wanted at no extea charge. Id assume this would normally be based off occupancy. Cons** Our room's thermostat kept making a high pitched whistling noise intermittently, BUT we called maintained they arrived quickly and fixed the problem. The elevators are very small and since we were in the North building on the 9th floor, the walk seemed so long to get back to the downstairs lobby once we got off the elevators.
