"The staff was outstanding. The front desk staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable. They got us through security easily, they parked our car, they gave us an upgraded room at no extra cost, and they took our (many) suitcases directly from our room to the gate. "

It would have benefited from more fruit options and pastry options and less cake . The lunch and dinner menus were of average quality . I got room service one night and it was really not good . You will find far higher quality of food in any restaurant in Fethiye . Staff were kind and helpful at reception but I found restaurant staff to be quite cold . If the food was to be improved this would be a world class hotel . "

"This hotel was beyond filthy. The second I walked into the room, the stench hit me. The bathroom was revolting – mold all over the tiles, a disgusting shower, and a toilet that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. It was so nasty I didn’t even want to touch anything. For the money I spent, I expected at least a clean room, but instead I got this dump. I felt dirtier after staying here than before I checked in. They “changed” our room the next day, but guess what? It was just as filthy. Nothing improved. On top of that, the staff was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Zero customer service, zero care for guests. This was hands down the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Stay far, far away from this place. Total waste of money and a disgusting nightmare. 1* hotel!!!!"
