"This is a very nice hotel, very clean, big rooms, good food. It looks a little bit dated, with old carpets and decoration. But everything was pristine clean. Amenities in the bathroom can be better also but no complaints."

"The hotel was conveniently located about a 5-minute walk from the Basmane Gar train station. The staff were extremely helpful; they let us drop our luggage early (8:00 am) and invited us to have breakfast. The breakfast buffet was very good. The room was comfortable and well appointed. Laundry service was provided at a reasonable price. When we checked out, they let us leave our luggage before our departure."

Dilafruz not only helped her find her way back to our room but also made sure she had something to eat. Her kindness, patience, and genuine care touched me deeply, and I’ll always be grateful for the way she looked after my mom.
