Sarah was amazing and helped us check in at 12:00 when our check in was supposed to be at 15:00. All facilities were amazing including pools , rooms and breakfast buffet . They could not do enough for us and our son, and they excelled themselves at every opportunity. The little extras they did for us made our holiday, and the riad itself is absolutely stunning. We didn't want to leave and I genuinely think about it a week on, missing the attentiveness and friendliness of the staff. It's perfectly positioned for the Palace and the souks and the pool is so welcome after a hot day exploring. The rooms are air conditioned and so comfortable and the food is absolutely incredible! "The Riad Andalla Spa is an oasis of calm in the centre of the bustling Medina. It’s central location. means that most attractions are easily walkable and when you feel tired and hot you can use Tuk Tuks or taxis arranged by the incredibly helpful staff. In fact we can’t speak highly enough of the welcome we received. Staff were so hospitable and the accommodation was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Breakfast on the rooftop terrace was a veritable feast and set us up for the day. We would return in an instant. Thank you so very much."
"The property made our honeymoon special by greeting us with rose petals and roses upon entry to our rooms at the Hotel. They accommodated us free of charge with early check in. Very friendly and helpful staff save and except the attendants at the “boutique” who were piggish with nasty attitudes. They ought to be changed or fired immediately as they brought down the general management and pleasantness of the otherwise perfect experience. Will recommend anyone to visit but stay away from the gift shop masking as a boutique with terrible staff and service. "
"We cannot say enough good things about this Riad. The Riad is super clean and beautifully furnished. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The Riad breakfast is tasty and filling. We also ate dinner at the Riad one evening and it was delicious and reasonably priced. The pool is refreshing, especially in the summer heat. We also appreciated that the Riad arranged a late night pickup for us and had a staff member walk out to meet us at the Medina entrance at about 1:00 am. We would definitely stay again. "
