"Comfy room (superior double), although bathroom while in great condition could use modernisation and more thoughtful amenities (just single use soap bars and a combo shampoo/shower gel). Definitely not a bad 4* hotel and good value for money. But sure there are better 4* hotels in Riga."

"Excellent hotel in convenient central location in heart of the old town, making it perfect to use as a base from which to explore Riga. Hotel staff on reception were super professional and friendly. I sent a request prior to arrival asking if I could be allocated a quiet room (being a light sleeper and worried about noise from bars and stag parties!) and was given a perfect choice tucked away at end of corridor facing courtyard. Room was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was incredible - huge choice of options, hot and cold. Spa was closed for maintenance (was informed of this in advance by email) and was offered alternative facilities at sister hotel five mins away. Amazing, loved it here and would 100% stay here again. Thank you! "

"Lovely hotel, great staff, lovely breakfast. Very nice quiet rooms, with elegant bathroom and robes / slippers. Issue with shower draining dealt with quickly. Small gym and nice sauna, available 7-11. Jacuzzi pleasant but small and tepid. Parking a bit tricky if you are alone. The entrance is before the hotel, which is on a one way street so once you are past you need to go back around the block. Then staff need to confirm availability and operate the car lift. Each time you want to go in or out. But you can't argue it isn't secure! All in all a lovely stay, great location just outside of Old Town Riga. "

"We had two double rooms both of which were well equipped with very comfortable beds and pillows. The complimentary wine was much appreciated. The hotel is well located on the edge of Riga’s old town and within easy walking distance of the main attractions and public transport (bus and train stations). Breakfast options were plentiful and of good quality. "
