The dish washer doesn't work correctly, shower equipment is destroyed in the high part of the house. The biggest problem is the external ventilation of wc equipment. Not enough high, it brings very bad smell in terrasse and sometimes in bedrooms. There is also an awfull smell in the kitchen, in the place to store glasses... It is pity because the house is...

"This villa was wonderful, so perfect and quiet. Villa was spotless and Nikos was very helpful and attentive, providing us with fresh fruit, water and Crete pastries on arrival was very thoughtful and welcome. He provided us with things to do and see in the area and places to eat. The pool was amazing, our 9yr old would have spent the full 2 weeks at the villa in the pool! We would highly recommend staying at this beautiful villa. Thanks you Nikos for making our time in Crete so lovely."

"The staff at the hotel are very accommodating and friendly, helping you with anything you need. Our room was well proportioned, although we could have done with some more storage space for our clothing. We were situated on the ground floor right near the activity pool, which was perfect for us with teens. The staff were helpful before we even got to the hotel by answering questions via Whats App, and booking the onsite restaurants for us. We can highly recommend a trip to the Agreco Farm for dinner, The White (adults only fine dining), and Asia White - although all of the food, including the buffet, was excellent. Our family of four (with two teens) had a very relaxing holiday with the Grecotel LUXME White. Special mention to Sophia on reception and Dora in the spa, and another lady behind the front desk (whose name I can’t remember) who helped us on our departure day and getting some medicine for my husband. Would highly recommend :)"
