"The house was a lovely old Cretan house renovated to a high standard, and Popi was a wonderful, helpful, and knowledgeable host - really friendly and full of suggestions of where to go next. You will need to have a car to get around as it is not at all central, and do not expect a modern building - but it was full of character and the aircon worked very well, so in my eyes it was perfect! I would happily stay here again, and hope to do so some day in the coming years."

You are not downtown at all, but there is a more commercial street close by (few minutes by foot) with restaurants, and a few basic necessity shops. Great pool and patio, quiet, basically residential neighbourhood, super nice staff (hello Maria!) and, as mentioned, about 5 minutes by taxi from the airport (be prepared to hear planes take-off, but rooms are very well sound insulated)."
