Proximity to MTB trails and town is very convenient all while having a large, private yard with the Arkansas River flowing in the backdrop. "The property is absolutely beautiful, and so is the house! We loved being next to the river, the provided hiking poles, and the dog friendly property. The host was extremely responsive and easy to reach, which made the check-in and check-out process extremely smooth! The only thing that would hinder my decision to stay here again is the quality of the beds - my friends and I all had the same experience where they sloped in towards the middle with two people sharing the bed. If the beds were replaced, we would be here again in an instant!"
