"The wait to checkin was over an hour. The staff working the desk were great but overwhelmed. I saw a manager go in and out and should have stepped to hope move the line along. At night, I was picking up my parking pass from earlier, which I already paid for parking. The lady at midnight said I have to charge your card. I told her it was already on my bill but she was very rude and took 15 minutes to handle payment and card. The next morning when I go my receipt I was double charged for parking. The lady who checked me in a 4pm was great and the breakfast people were great. I also like the Room"

"Hotel was clean, staff was helpful, We went there for a convention and stayed 3 nights. So we didn't really use the hotel to sight see as we were occupied at the hotel. The bar was fine. The food in the restaurant was good. The buffet breakfast was around $24. I had a flatbread one night and it was good and around $16, So I think the prices were reasonable. MY one complaint was that the rooms had the lowest toilets I've ever seen and so uncomfortable. I have arthritis in my hips and knees and ankles. These toilets were really horrible. If I went there again I would have to request a handicap accessible room."
