"The staff were quite helpful. We were very grateful as they allowed us to checkout a little later than 11.00am so we did not need to hang around for too long before our departure to the airport. "Reception person was playing the game or message on whatapp during my check in, he's very rude. Tooth blush was not there in the room, it's okay. so I requested it but nobody came more than 20 min.
