"Staff was great, elevators make this hotel a nightmare. Slow, old, broken down….slow to do anything within hotel. Breakfast was very mediocre, pool is not as shown in photos. Internet was barely workable if you need to work at all! Staff were amazing, really the only good part about this hotel. Rooms are tiny and not accurately shown online in photos "

"There were shops and restaurants near by. There were not complete amenities in the room. There was a frig but no microwave. The safe could of been placed in the closet to free up the space. Room was clean. The staff that we interacted with erre great. Except the front desk agent upon check out, Tracy"

"Nightly live music was great. Could be heard from balcony but was interrupted by the screaming children in the pools which was all the time. The grounds were beautiful with coi ponds and water falls everywhere. The access to the ocean was lovely but had no lifeguard on the beach which was concerning and pools had attendants, not life guards. We were not allowed to play gin rummy by the pool since alcohol was served there. Departure luggage near rideshare was not available on a Monday. High end shops were in the village. "
