"The hotel is very disappointing and our stay was awful. The receptionist was rude on arrival and their was limited information around the reception which lead to our lack of expectations of what ammenties we were going to receive in the room. The hotel did not provide one single hand or body towel, expect a dish towel which was dirty. There was no bed sheet/pillow covers, meaning we were required to sleep with a thick material blanket, which we do not believe to of been cleaned between each...
