"Well maintained clean in the heart of downtown Augusta short walk to everything. Great breakfast buffet with omelets to order even salmon and lox. Would recommend. "

"This could have a been a really nice stay, it’s in a great area and walkable to several restaurants. Unfortunately, the service left much to be desired. Basic check in and ordering a drink from the bar was met with an attitude of annoyance. Not a single person could be considered friendly or helpful. I had to call after several texts to request a receipt, and was again talked to like an annoyance. My shower was dirty and had clearly not been cleaned between guests. Pretty disappointed in my overall experience, I had higher expectations from this hotel. "

"The hotel wasnt clean it had holes in the bath towels.The phone didnt work to call the front lobby.the fire alarms was off the walls and didnt work. There was no tissue in the bathroom..there were paint all over the air-conditioning the was just a mess i was in room 216"
