"Good location ..close to subwsy"

"Excellent Hotel for transiting or for visiting the city. Conveniently located close to main shopping precincts and famous sites. The rooms was quite spacious with all the general room amenities available. The only comment is the room is abit dark even with all the lights on but that could be personal preference. They have great staff that’s caring to their customers needs. We left and the escalator was switched on to go up as the lobby is located on the second floor after the escalator but when we left with our luggage rather with me carrying 2 large luggage down the stairs there front desk staff had ran out and helped switched the escalator to go down which was really thoughtful. Thank you Hotel trusty for making our first night in town all the more comfortable. we will be back next time we visit. "

"There was a high step up to access the bathroom which made it difficult for me as a person with mobility issues. The communal drink and food area was a bonus. "
