"From the time we stepped in to the lobby of the ANA Crowne Plaza Hotel Grand Court Nagoya and checked out the hospitality was amazing! We were always greeted with a smile. Staff are very friendly and willing to help with anything. Nothing was a problem at all. The room was very spacious, clean and the view was amazing from the 25th floor. No tall builds obstructing your view. You had everything you needed and more The restaurant is on the 30th floor is a must if you choose to stay. The drinks and food are delicious and enjoyed with an amazing viewof the city! They have a happy hour which is a bonus. The hotel is within walking distance to the Kanayama train station which was very convenient during our stay. If you want to eat somewhere different one night there's plenty of restaurants within walking distance that you could try Everything is all within walking distance, just out the door. Convenient stores, restaurants, train station and even a 7 eleven Thank you again ANA Crowne Plaza Hotel Grand Court Nagoya and hope to visit again soon"

"Love love love this place! My mum and I stayed for 5 nights and wished we can stay another week. The room is very comfortable and clean. Spacious for Japanese standards. The in-room washing machine is great and so convenient . The staff were very friendly and helpful. Helped to organise my luggage delivery to the next city as well. Thanks! The hotel is just a stroll from Osu shopping street which we loved. Not very near to the subway but still walkable. Planning to visit again next year!"

"It's placed only a couple stops away from Nagoya Station via the subway, and right near a covered walkway, so no shortage of shops and restaurants to look at. The young lady at the front desk was very helpful whenever I needed anything, and the other guests were excited to get to talk with me about travelling. Most hostels I've been to have been adequate, but this was a good change of pace."

"One of my favorite hotels I’ve stayed at in Japan. Really cool place with amazing private amenities. Stayed here since it was close to a concert venue. Did not disappoint. The breakfast is a smaller kaiseki style meal. More traditional, may not suit everyone’s taste. But room service meals were also really good! Wanted something smaller to eat as late dinner. Would definitely stay here again if I ever needed to be in the area."

"This was my first ever stay in japan. I can't believe they provide pyjamas, slippers, face wash, razors, toothbrushes, etc. It's unheard of in North America especially for the price. The room is small. Make sure you check the dimensions if that concerns you. Most budget rooms in Japan are small so don't be surprised. The staff were amazing. So helpful and friendly. I would absolutely stay here again. "

"The apartment had everything that we needed for comfort. It was easy to stay there. The street outside is rather noisy, so earplugs might be helpful. But it was a great day."
