"I recently stayed at this hotel and was disappointed with the room’s air conditioning. It wasn’t working properly, and despite speaking with the staff, I was told that “this is just how air conditioning is in Japan.” However, I’ve stayed at other hotels in Japan, and their air conditioning worked perfectly fine, so this explanation didn’t make sense. Because of the poor temperature control, the stay was uncomfortable, and the response from the staff was not very helpful."

"部屋は少々狭いですが、深夜着の早朝出発なら駅近のこのホテルが非常に便利でした。 Wi-Fi環境も問題なく、清掃も行き届いており快適に睡眠を取ることができました。周辺に深夜までやっているお店も多いのが便利ですね。 床に飲み物をこぼしてしまったのですが、すぐにタオルを持っていただき、ありがたかったです。スタッフを充分に配置されていて安心でした。"
