"5 mins walk from silver clock Nagoya station. If not raining just cross the road. Using the Esca underground mall Exit 2, need to climb stairs. Good range and quality amenities. Kombini within 3 mins walking distance. The ministip meet up point at BIC is just across the road. Good for those joining day tours."

"The stay was amazing, extremely close to Nagoya Station, so getting to our Shinkansen was a breeze. They had the best variety of amenities among all the hotels we stayed at. The food was superb and the staff were extremely helpful. When we come back to Nagoya we would definitely stay again!"

"Older property close to Nagoya Railway Station. Convenience stores & restaurants nearby. Front desk friendly & professional. Hotel lets itself down by poor cleaning & maintenance standards. Old carpet needs a deep clean not just a quick vacuum with a stick vacuum cleaner. Bathroom floor had lots of hair from previous guest & needs a scrub. Bigger issue is the poorly maintained air conditioning system, the filter had not been cleaned for a long long time & was completely blocked. Previous online reviews had mentioned air conditioning & hotel replied about 1 month ago that they’d check the air conditioning system, it is obvious they did not. This is also a hotel that the windows don’t open. While convenient, even with the terrific front desk staff I can’t recommend this hotel due to its poor maintenance & cleanliness."

"Very close to Nagoya station (towards the end of our stay we found a covered route through the maze of underground shops and restaurants). Plenty of eating options nearby. Staff very helpful and patient with arranging to forward our luggage. Coin laundry was very useful, and particularly liked the fact that you can monitor machine availability and progress via your room tv."
